I was an avid blogger back in the early 2000's, when LiveJournal was popular. Then I had a Turning 30 Blog for the 2 months leading up to my 30th, back in 2008. Now that I've started taking more serious pictures, I decided to once again enter the blogging world! Over the next few weeks I'll load in some of my favorite shots from the different locations I've gone to since I got my new Canon S95.  In just a month I've taken just short of 1400 pictures, and I'm having a GREAT time with this new toy of mine.  Please feel free to leave comments, critiques, or suggestions!

I took this first picture on a berm out behind my house, separating our neighborhood from train tracks. It's quiet up there, and I felt like I was deep in woods.

I even made a friend. :)

I decided to play around with depth of field.
